if ur reading this and u take anti depressants, please remember to take ur medication every day because u cannot just stop suddenly taking that shit because u will feel terrible and possibly even worse than u did before. if u don’t have any desire to take ur medication anymore, please talk to ur doctor. don’t just decide to stop taking it because u have to gradually come off it. coming off of anti depressants so suddenly can lead to intense thoughts of suicide and other bad symptoms so like please be really careful babies. stay safe. 

ESPECIALLY if you take something like effexor or wellbutrin like you will get physically sick and want to die
